What are your opening hours?
Bukit Panjang Plaza is opened from 10am to 10pm. As each of the stores have different operating hours, please contact the individual stores to enquire to avoid disappointment.
Where is the Fire Command Centre (FCC) / Guardhouse?
Our Fire Command Centre is located at Level 2 near Ya Kun Kaya Toast (#02-01A). Please note that the Fire Command Centre is not accessible to the general public and is for official use only.
Where is the customer service counter / concierge?
As we digitalise our services, the customer service counter will be closed with effect from 1 September 2022. You can approach our friendly Digital Service Advocates roaming the mall daily for further assistance or visit our website here for your enquiries, or our digital directories located within the mall at L1 to Level 4 to find out more.
