This Privacy Policy (”Policy”) explains how SG Bravo Retail Property Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), as data controller, collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Data in Singapore in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It applies to Personal data we collect through our website, contact forms, events and promotions, customer service touchpoints, tenancy or leasing enquiries, and other interactions with you.

- You request that we contact you with regards to your queries, requests or feedback;
- You respond to our request for additional Personal Data;
- You ask to be included in an email or other mailing list;
- You participate in our marketing or promotional events, market surveys or other initiatives;

- You browse our website or use our mobile application; and

In general, we may collect, use and/or disclose personal data for the following purposes:
- to facilitate redemption activities, lucky draws or other contests or activities conducted by Bukit Panjang Plaza;
- to inform you of Bukit Panjang Plaza’s promotions and updates;
- to process and respond to your enquiries, feedback, requests, complaints or incident reports;
- to maintain safety and security via surveillance cameras, whereby photographs or video footage may be captured during Bukit Panjang Plaza’s events or activities
- to facilitate investigations by relevant Authorities or comply with applicable laws;
- to process and administer any insurance claims or payments arising from or in connection with incidents;
- to communicate with you and/or to keep records in connection with a job application and other job opportunities;
- to comply with applicable laws, regulations and other requirements;
- for evaluative purposes as defined under the Act.

We will endeavor to ensure that our employees and other third parties who are involved in the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data will observe and adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

5. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent given for any or all purposes set out in this Policy by emailing dpo@bukitpanjangplaza.com or by indicating your preference at the Customer Service Counter of Bukit Panjang Plaza.
Where applicable, we will inform you of the likely consequences of such withdrawal. We will cease to collect, use or disclose the personal data upon such withdrawal unless otherwise permitted or required by the PDPA or other applicable laws and regulations. Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for any request for consent withdrawal to be reflected in our system.
Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of any collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data that occurred before your withdrawal.
6. Retention of Personal Data
We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
